De Hoop - This well developed and fully operational 87ha mixed fruit farm, conveniently situated on a main transportation artery in the Winelands, is now available for sale.
The farm has a secure water source with a 59ha water allocation from the local irrigation scheme. Ample water storage is provided for by a network of 4 earthen dams and 2 cement reservoirs.
