Accommodation:
This beautiful portion of land’s lodge area were developed way back, deep within the mountains…where the only sound you hear is that which nature has to offer you. There is a main house as well as several residential chalets offering comfortable accommodation. A large kitchen and dining area with a lovely fireplace and lounge seating is the perfect place for cooking and socializing. Adjacent to the kitchen lapa is a large open air boma area, perfect for entertaining guests, sitting around the fire, and having a BBQ. The dining area in the boma is roofed and very spacious with seating for larger groups of people. The deck outside is ideal for sipping sundowners and watching the spectacular African sunsets.
All chalets are fully furnished. Bedside tables, lamp, bedding, towels and coffee stations with bar fridges are all included. Dining tables and chairs, refrigerators etc. are included in the kitchen lapa and boma.
HOUSE 1 – MAIN HOUSE: (Directly West of the Kitchen Lapa)
This thatch-roofed house has three bedrooms, two on-suite bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and large covered enclosed veranda area with a sunroom. There is a study area as well as a gym attached to the main bedroom. A secure safe room is located next to the kitchen.
This contemporary lodge is mainly constructed of the stone, thatch and indigenous wood. The lodge area has separate building for the Bar, Lounge and Dining area with a large kitchen and a boma with BBQ area. The main lodge is supplied with power from a complete Solar system with energizers and batteries.
Chalet 1:
(3 x Rooms) Room 1 (Zebra) and room 2 (Leopard) share a veranda with a gorgeous view. Each of these chalets has queen beds with full on-suite bathrooms. Each chalet contains a coffee station and small bar fridge. Room 3 (Nyala) has its own small veranda. The Nyala room has 3 single beds and an ons-suite bathroom with shower.
Chalet 2:
(2 x Rooms) Room 1 (Impala) and room 2 (Kudu) share a veranda with a seating area. Both rooms contain a queen-sized bed, 2 single beds and have full on-suite bathrooms.
Chalet 3:
(3 x Rooms) Chalet 3 is a large chalet consisting of 3 bedrooms. Each room has a queen-sized bed and 2 single beds. Two of the rooms have full on-suite bathrooms. A third full bathroom is located next to the fully equipped kitchen. A large veranda with a spectacular view leads into these spacious rooms.
Mobile Home:
The mobile home consists of 3 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and a kitchen as well as a large, enclosed veranda. Another toilet and shower have been built outside the mobile home.
Laundry room:
Separate laundry room with 2 large washing machines and 1 large tumble-dryer.
Other Structures:
A pool lapa provides shade at the swimming pool and has a small storeroom for pool equipment. The small swimming pool can be heated and there is a larger natural swimming pool in the front of the pool lapa. This pool usually gets filled by rain- and stream water during the rainy season but can also be filled by borehole water if needed. 2 x Timber double lazy swing beds with mattresses are next to the small pool for lounging in luxury.
A large storeroom with butchery station and cold room. There are additional smaller storerooms and many undercover parking spaces.
Managers House:
Stunning views!! This is a large 3-bedroom house that overlooks a massive dam. Main bedroom is air conditioned. Queen bed and 2 single bunk beds. Full on-suite bathroom. 2 guest bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and there is a lounge, kitchen, dining area and guest toilet.
Outside roofed veranda, boma area, small swimming pool and a deck with the most magnificent view over the large dam. A timber pathway leads down to another deck with direct access to the dam.
Other Developments:
Brick-built undercover parking area for 4 vehicles, Additional carport structures, Cold Room with storerooms 2 x Workers houses located about 800m west of the manager’s house. There is a hanger and an Airfield.
Hunters Camp:
A short distance from the manager’s house is a hunter's camp. The Chalet is a 2 x hostel-style bedroom with single beds and 2 x bathrooms with toilet and shower. The main building is a small house with kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom. There is a Boma area with BBQ facilities.
Water:
There are seven earth dams and 2 different sprouts flowing through the farm. There are four equipped boreholes supply the farm with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. The Large earth dam has a registered irrigation listing of 27.1 hectares. There is a brand new 12-hectare Centre Pivot irrigation system installed. There is more than enough potential to develop another 15ha.
Fences:
The farm’s boundary fence is game fenced (electrified) with a 2.4m high, 21 stands. All game fencing is according to the requirements of nature conservation. A small area (newly consolidated area) of ±1km is not game fenced.
