Farm Size: 7944.9534h. Farm divided into three areas by two main gravel roads.
The Tellery Pan main gravel road divides the farm into two sections: ± 1 000H with the improvements and workers houses on the left and the remaining hectares with no improvements, only the water supply and pens, as well as the camp with game, to the right.
From the Tellery Pan road the Koupan main gravel road then divides the ± 1 000H into two parts. ± 750H with the homestead and the remaining ± 150H with a small
outpost.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
This Kalahari Farm is currently used for mixed farming: cattle, sheep and game.
Divided into 24 camps including ± 1 000 H area game fenced. All the camps have animal water points with pens area for handling of sheep and some for cattle.
The following trees and grass are found throughout the farm. Trees: (Kameel; Witgat; Vaalkameel). Grass: Boesman Grass (Tall & Short) and Ghana Grass, also Sweet and Sour; Bessiebos, Driedoring and Perdebos.
The topography of the farm differs with some areas having more trees where others have less to no trees.
Water Supply & Electricity:
Two Boreholes. One on the ± 150H camp has a solar pump and provides fresh drinking water. The other strong borehole is located in the game camp area that is not equipped.
