Size of the farm is 11.6323 ha
The farm is situated on the Sonstraal Road in Klein-Drakenstein, just outside Paarl.
It is 1 kilometer from the N1 Nasional road towards Cape Town and 7 km from the city centre of Paarl.
There are various fruit on the farm. Guavas, Citrus and plums are planted on the farm. The farm is accredited for export of fruit and have the accreditation of GLOBALGAP and SIZA.
There are 2 houses on the farm, a shed and 2 toilets.
The shed is about 272 square meters.
The main house have 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a garage that can take 5 cars and a swimming pool.
The second house have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The farm comes with a 4 x 4 Landini 75 Techno orchard tractor, a Nobili 1000 litre spray pump and a plough.
The farm has water rights of 50
000 cubes of water and is incorporated in the Palmietriver Irrigation Scheme.
We do not use any pumps on the farm and irrigation take place under free flow pressure. All orchards are under Micro irrigation.
