The very first thing I must explain to you is - why is the price per hectare so high?
LOCATION: This farm is located 20 km east from Ellisras (Lephalale). It's within traveling distance from town but outside the "buzz".
SCENERY: There's an isolated hill on the farm. All the accomodation is on top of it, to the east, so you don't see the town - only this panoramic unspoilt wilderness. Very scenic.
PASSIVE INCOME: There's a lot of accommodation. The main house is rented out for ±R21 000 p.m. under contract until 2028.
