The 1300 m²cellar was added in 1941, with additions in 1998. The total capacity is between 150 and 350 tons annually and the wines age in oak barrels. The cellar can host up to 300 barrels. Renowned for its red wines, including Pinotage, Cabernet and Shiraz, this wine farm delivers wines of extinction. Currently, the grapes are sourced in, to make the best red wines possible. The intellectual property, brand name and website can be taken over by the new owners.
The farm offers two main houses. One of the two manors is a three bedroomed 1905 Victorian lady, with swimming pool and the second is a larger five bedroomed home, also with a swimming pool for the balmy summer days and private cellar.
There are some Red Angus cattle (One Bull, 18 Cows en 18 Calves will form part of the sale), grazing on the land currently, it is operated as a hobby. The other half of the land is outsourced and used for vegetable farming, mostly one year/cash crops. 38ha's of land is suitable to plant new vines.
