This farm is in the high potential area of the Eastern Free State.
The farm is well developed in arable lands and camps and consists of four title deeds but in the market as a unit. The natural grazing is of good quality.

Average yield on this chemical corrected arable land, is:
Maize: 6-9 tons per hectare
Soybeans: 2-2.5 tons per hectare
Sunflower: 1.8 - 2.5 tons per hectare

The average rainfall is 750 - 800 mm per annum
All the natural grazing and planted pastures are divided into camps with access to water.
This farm is water-rich and include 14 earth dams (1 very large dam) and two boreholes equipped with engines. There are a number of cement dams in the distribution network. The fencing is in good condition.
The carrying capacity is 4 hectare per LSU on the natural grazing.
Including the planted pastures and crop residue the carrying capacity is between 2 and 3 hectare per LSU.
A neat and functional livestock handling facility is available.
The infrastructure includes a neat house and two large storage sheds, and one smaller sandstone shed as well as a storeroom. Some fences around the infrastructure are electrified.
There are 10 workers houses on the farm.
