The water catchment system is well known as being part of the watershed of the two areas Bela Bela and Modimolle/Vaalwater.
A central main water plant that consists of 6 x 10,000L water tanks with an activated carbon filtration and ozonized system serves as additional purification. Additional to this central water plant each of the main houses and lodge has its own water filtering plant and reserve storage.
Rainfall: 650 - 700mm annually.
Temperatures: Summer - Average High of 28 ºC with Record High of 33 ºC (1995).
Winter - Average Low of 13 ºC with Record Low of 5 ºC (1994).
Climate: The Waterberg Bela Bela area has a unique healthy climate.
The summer night temperatures drop down to below 17-20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a real need for air-conditioning.
Typographic: This breath-taking Game Farm consists of a mixture of sloping flat savannahs, mountainous areas, mountain plateau, creek, some cliffs, a waterfall during the rainy season, dams within the creek (spruit), valleys, and rocky outcrops, overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg. The farm steps up with mountains and cliffs creating awesome views onto the farm as the creek meanders away in the distance. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests, or can easily be converted to accommodate more tables and spill out onto the deck for alfresco dining.
