A picturesque macadamia farm that has approximately 2190 mature trees that are in production. There is an additional 5,5ha of arable land that has been cleared and just needs to be planted. The trees that are planted are a combination of Nelmacs (4ha between 25- 30 years) and Beaumonts (2 Ha 28 years). These trees are currently producing roughly 3,2 tons per ha. The farm is located in a high-water table area of the Karino Plaston Corridor. The farm has 11,649 Ha and allowance of 2750m3 per ha from the Curlews Irrigation Board. There is a irrigation dam on the farm as well as two boreholes. The buildings on the property consists of a large barn which has been converted into staff accommodation and storage, there is an area for the processing of nuts and another large workshop/shed for the storage of vehicles.
