ENVIRONMENT:
All major amenities are situated in Polokwane, a mere 25km from the property’s location and easily accessible from a major tarred road and about 6km of gravel.

The topography of the farm varies between hills, ridges and plains. The terrain does offer some flat
areas, as well as a portion being mountainous, providing the breath-taking 180-degree views over the neighbouring farms as far as the eye can see.
