Farm style accommodation consists of the original Cape Dutch Victorian homestead dating back to 1880 and 4 self-catering cottages spread out over the property, accommodating 42 pax in total. Four diverse function venues cater for weddings and corporate events, combined with a fully equipped catering kitchen. Additional infrastructure include an office, wine storage room, 2 bedroom flat (currently occupied by the owner), wine cellar, workshop, shed and smaller storage rooms.
The wine cellar comes fully equipped with press, de-stemmer, maturation barrels, etc for the new owner to continue the legacy of producing vegan, organic wines the way it was done 100 years ago. Wine production can be expanded by purchasing more wine grapes from neighbouring farms and establishing a new entry level wine range for the commercial market.
The farm is hosting communication masts for three different internet companies up on the mountain, providing an additional income as well as free WiFi for all the dwellings and venues.
