The 33ha farm is situated in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding Boland mountains and vineyards. It has water rights of 40 mil litres. There are ± 7ha vineyards with Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Tannat, all under gravity fed drip irrigation. It is an operational wine farm with a well equipped wine cellar, producing ± 70 000 bottles/year. There is an implement storage and workshop. The crops can be expanded to ± 20ha.

There are 6 cottages with 30 beds in total which gives a healthy income, all beautifully placed in the well maintained gardens, overlooking the dam. The cottages comes with furniture and linen.
