The thatched roof communal structures allow for all day round comfort and relaxation, may it be in the lounge area overlooking the pool and garden, the entertainment area fitted with a pool table and dart board, the dining area in front of the large fireplace, the lapa and fire pit, or on a deck chair next to the swimming pool. Vehicle parking is catered for in either underroof garage or carport facility. For peace of mind, sufficient safe and secure, storage is provided in multiple SABS approved rifle and ammunition safes. The on-site managers residence provide 24/7 access to assistance in case of emergency. The area around the lodge is equipped with on-site Wifi connectivity.

Numerous earth dams provide a natural habitat to game and birdlife. Strategically placed waterholes equipped with hunting hides allow maximum opportunity to the hunter. Despite a natural dry and arid climate, an isolated subtropical bushveld paradise exist along outcrops and the abundance of plant species and large trees. The farm offers an ideal combination of elements to promote the true African wildlife experience.
The Main residence, built in a similar face brick and thatched roof style, as the Lodge, provide an opportunity to be used as an isolated residential unit or be utilised as an extension to the lodge for the more decerning client. The dwelling boasts a double volume reception area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in robe, fully fitted kitchen, scullery, guest toilet and reading nook on the ground floor. The upper floor features a media room, large lounge with recreational space and veranda. Outer buildings in the form of a thatched lapa with braai area, various storerooms, laundry, and ablution compliments the enclosed.
Other farm support includes numerous lock up storage areas, under roof workshop / parking space, under-roof implement canopies, and a fully equipped and functional butcher store. Butcher store floor space provide ample workspace, a walk-in cold room, a walk-in freezer room and a biltong dryer. The building is also fitted with a ladies and gents ablution facility. Meat processing takes place in neat and hygienic surroundings.

Electricity is currently primarily supplied via an Eskom transformer, A 15 kVA Generator supply back in case of emergency. The back-up generator ensure continuity in electricity supply, may it be to power lodge facilities, water supply or cold storage.
Water is supplied from electrical equipped boreholes and distributed via an elevated reservoir and pressui pump system. The area is known for strong sub-surface water supply at shallow depths.
The variety of game species available on the property include, Giraffe, Eland, Gemsbuck, Waterbuck, Blue wildebeest, Zebra, Kudu, Bushbuck, Nyala, Impala, Duiker, Steen buck, Ostrich, Warthog, Bushpig, Baboon and Monkey.
