The large Cape Dutch-style house was built in 1835 and still has much of the character of the original home in it.
The large room currently used as the dining room, leads off into two bedrooms on the left and into another smaller room on the
right.
The pizza oven and bar area connects onto a small stoep, overlooking the swimming pool and braai area.
The kitchen and small laundry area are located near the office at the back of the house. This then leads onto the back stoep.
There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge and entrance hall.
This house with its original hardwood floors and sash windows reminds one of a bygone era.
The thick walls help to bring some relief from the hot summer sun.
Also on the property, the following:
One Borehole is operational and 3 others and
Windmill would need to be serviced.
