Lodge
The lodge sleeps 10, is well-built with an authentic African feel. The Lodge consists of:
• Main Building with kitchen, lounge and entertainment area.
• Separate building with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 8 people.
• Third building with large bedroom and bathroom.
• Lapa and braai area in front of the lodge.
• The power at the lodge is supplied by a solar system with battery bank and gas is used for hot water and inside cooking.
Hiker and Canoeists Camp
This rustic camp with two bunkhouses accommodates a total of 24 people. The camp is set on decking and has a kitchen area, and showers fed by two “donkeys”.
Homestead
The old settler homestead on the farm houses the farm manager. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge dining room and kitchen.
Outbuildings
All the outbuildings are situated around the managers house with a carport for two vehicles, large shed and workshop.

Six kilometers of good dirt road lead to the farm from the R72 between Kleinemond and Port Alfred.
Other Infrastructure
The farm is fully game fenced with Bonnox, three top wires and two electric wires. The property has a good road network with the quality of roads varying from excellent to poor. There is a well-marked hiking trail set out on the farm as well as a bird hide at one of the farm dams.
Water
The upper fresh water portion of the Kleinemond West River runs through the entire length of the farm, forming long permanent fresh water pools. The river flows throughout the year.
There are also a number of small earth dams on the farm to ensure even distribution of game.
Water for the lodge and managers house is pumped from the river, while there is a borehole on the property it is not fitted or in use.
Vegetation
The farm has a diversity of vegetation types. With sub-tropical riparian vegetation following the course of the river easily identified by the numerous Wild Date Palms. There are a number of open flood plain areas in the river valley, which are predominantly vegetated by sweet grassveld, and tall acacias in the deep sandy soils.The tributary valleys are vegetated by a mix of Coastal Forest, Coastal Thicket and Valley Bushveld, depending on the slope, aspect or position of the valley.
Lastly the higher lying areas are dominated by sourveld coastal grassland. One portion of the farm has previously cultivated lands that have been established to Kikuyu pasture.
